PAYMENTS & ROOMING LIST: Full payment and rooming list must be received by PML at least 60 days prior to arrival date. Late payment may result in cancellation. Passengers will not be accepted unless full payment has been received by PML.
RESPONSIBILITY: These group tour programs are operated by PML Travel & Tours, 750 Route 73 South, Suite 204, 2nd Floor, Marlton, NJ 08053.
Suppliers or services pursuant to or in connection with these itineraries shall act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for hotel, transportation, restaurants, or any other service, and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to persons or property due to an act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, or company of persons rendering any of the services included in a tour or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraint, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and purchaser of these tours and/or the passenger(s). Tour Operator reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category, if necessary. No refund for unused features or services.
STANDARD INFORMATION The name provided to the cruise line and/or airline must match the customers’ passport, birth certificate, and photo ID. If the wrong name is given, the cruise line and/or airline will charge after 60 days prior to change the name. Names must be identical. Ex: Bill is not William. A charge will incur.
TRAVEL PROTECTION Please be reminded that travel protection premiums must be paid when the individual guest pays their first deposit. The travel protection company will not insure pre-existing conditions if the insurance premium is paid more than 14 days after the initial deposit. The check should be made payable to PML Tours and mailed directly to PML Tours. PML Tours will forward the payment to the travel protection company. The travel protection company has informed us that they will check the deposit dates. This will be in the case of claims and will require cancelled checks as proof. For all further information regarding “TRAVEL PROTECTION” please refer to the green-covered brochure in this contract. The travel protection plan described herein is a product of the Berkeley Group, which is solely responsible for its’ administration.
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP AND DOCUMENTATION It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the proper documentation for a cruise. The most typical and safest type of documentation, i.e. proof of citizenship, is a passport. PML STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT ALL PASSENGERS USE A VALID PASSPORT. At this point, some destinations allow original birth certificates with raised seal and government-issued photo ID. The regulations change constantly and PML cannot be held responsible if the customer does not have the proper identification. This is the customer’s responsibility. There is the possibility that in the very near future, even traveling to Mexico or Canada will require a passport. IT is PML’s expert opinion that the safest way to guarantee proof of citizenship and proof of identity is to have a current, valid passport.
PRE-REGISTRATION Due to new government requirements, all guests must provide the cruise line with key personal information prior to sailing. After the initial deposit, each customer will be assigned a booking Identification number. At this point, please register with the Cruise Line. This can be done by mail, fax, phone, or on the Cruise Lines web-site. Your sales person will instruct you on the exact procedure for the specific cruise line. Or, call the office and a member of PML’s staff will instruct you on the exact registration procedure. This procedure should be completed no later than 30 days prior to departure.
AIR/SEA If air is being requested, air deviations, at additional charge, are available. The cruise line and the air carrier will not change the air reservations without a deviation fee. |
